Product Use - Our hunting gear, muzzle loading tools, and accessories are intended for lawful, safe, and responsible use. It is the buyer’s responsibility to comply with all local, state, and federal laws regarding ownership and use.

Orders & Payments - All prices are in USD unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion. Payment must be made in full before shipping.

Shipping & Delivery - We aim to ship orders promptly, but delivery times are estimates only. Products in stock will ship in 3-5 business days. A shipment estimate will be quoted for all custom orders. Shipping costs will be estimated at point of sale. Free shipping on orders over $100 before tax. We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, weather, or other factors beyond our control. 


Returns & Exchanges - Returns accepted within 12 months of purchase. Buyer is responsible for return shipping unless the product is defective or incorrect.

Intellectual Property - All website content, designs, images, product descriptions, and logos are the property of American Huntcraft and may not be used without written permission.

Limitation of Liability - We are not responsible for injury, damage, or loss resulting from the use or misuse of our products. Use our products at your own risk.

Changes to Terms - We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our site constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
